Dr. Emad Abdulaziz El-Dukair is the founder and CEO of The Care Group. He currently works on developing public-private partnerships to provide healthcare solutions in developing countries.
Dr. El-Dukair started his career after being admitted as a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London in 1984. He established a clinic specializing in obstetrics and gynecological services in Riyadh that later expanded to include other specialties. In the late 1980s, Dr. El-Dukair added hospital management and construction services to his business, providing work to the Ministry of Health and other major clients. In 1998, he was appointed as senior advisor to the board of the parent company of InterHealth Canada Limited. In that role, he represented the company in the developing world.

In particular, Dr. El-Dukair has helped develop integrated partnerships for hospitals in Turks and Caicos Islands and Poland. The project in Turks and Caicos Islands won the Latin American Deal of the Year Award in 2008 and was rated one of the top 100 PPP projects in the world by KPMG.
