When we asked dozens of specialists what they thought were among the Kingdom’s greatest challenges, distinguished businessman Amr Khashoggi, Corporate Affairs VP at Zahid Group, told SUSRIS, “The management of the job market will prove to be the most challenging because we have a young population (60% under the age of 20) and growing fast. They need jobs, and they need to have the necessary skills that map with the job requirement. For that we need to train and prepare them for that. Furthermore, the job creation and placement must cover women and persons with disability.”

We look forward to talking with Mr. Khashoggi about these challenges during our May 14th panel that will include Dr. John Sfakianakis of Masic and Mr. Nathan Field of Industry Arabic, with co-hosts Richard Wilson of the Saudi-US Trade Group and Patrick Ryan, editor of SUSRIS.com.
